The item I purchased was a pair of diesel sneakers that came with a huge alarm on one pair and a gold burn stain on the other pair. I was up set and demanded a full refund. And first the customerservice agent sent my return slip to a wrong email address. But when I called back and spoke to someone else, this very helpful man sent it to my email and I sent back the shoes and he processed my return quickly. He had perfect customer service. I would say I won't buy from them again. The was on sale for a great price and they offered to send me another one with free shipping. I refused and wonted my refund. All my money was refunded. I just think I was one out of every hundred clients with this mistake.
